The best time is when you place your order, directly on the product page. Simply gather your files and follow the instructions below. The easiest and most direct way is to use the "choose file" button during checkout.

Step 1: The visual for the jewelry (Text or Drawing to be Sublimated) This concerns the message or drawing that will physically appear on the metal plate of your jewelry.

• What to send: A high-quality photo or scan of the handwritten text or drawing.

• Our tips for a perfect result: Take the photo straight on, directly above the paper. Ensure the lighting is good and there are no cast shadows on the drawing or text. Use a solid background if possible.

• Once the photo is ready, upload it by clicking "choose file".

Step 2: The content for your "Hidden Treasure" (NFC Option) If you have chosen this option, this is where you entrust us with the digital treasure to be linked to your jewelry.

• What to send: You can send us one or more of the following:

  • Videos (MP4, .MOV, etc.)

  • Photos (.JPG, .PNG, etc.)

  • Voice messages (MP3, etc.)

  • Texts or letters (JPEG, PDF/.DOCX).

• To do this, simply use the same "choose file" button. Our tool allows you to select multiple files at the same time. This means you can upload your visual for sublimation (Step 1) and your "Hidden Treasure" files (Step 2) all at once.

What's next? As soon as we receive your files, our team will confirm that everything is in order.
